Our Journey

Family-run. Land-loved. Built to last.

Our journey has been shaped by three guiding values:

  • Trust – building lasting relationships through honesty and reliability.
  • Innovation – combining traditional know‑how with modern techniques.
  • Care – for the land, the animals, and the people we serve.

Our mission is simple: to combine expertise with passion, guiding our clients toward creating safe, thriving, and inspiring rural spaces.

Growing up as an RAF brat, she moved between Norfolk, Germany, Wales, and Lincolnshire, but wherever she went, her love for animals and the outdoors remained constant.

She began riding horses at the age of 11, quickly developing a fascination with their anatomy and physiology. This passion led her to complete National Diplomas in both Animal Management and Equine Management, building a strong foundation of knowledge that continues to shape her work today.

Carina gained hands-on experience working at a riding school before launching her own successful business, Nanny McNeigh’s Pet and Equine Services. Through this venture, she offered a wide range of services including pet and equine holiday cover, international grooming, professional horse clipping, and dog walking and training.

Her journey reflects a lifelong commitment to animal welfare, equestrian care, and rural living—values that now underpin her work at AG Rural Solutions. With a blend of technical expertise, practical experience, and genuine passion, Carina brings both professionalism and heart to every project.

Meet Layla, our tiniest (but bossiest) team member. She’s the real project manager around here—always telling Mum and Dad what to do and making sure they’re working hard.

Layla loves animals, diggers, and Paw Patrol (Rubble is her hero). When she’s not busy spending all the money, you’ll find her in her favourite sweats, helping Daddy fix the truck or build things, or out with Mummy looking after the horses.

Armed with a big imagination, endless energy, and a cheeky grin, Layla proves that even the smallest apprentice can keep the whole team on their toes.
